Please bring your cat’s current vaccination certificates - this is in accordance with the Animal Boarding Establishment Act 1963. All cats MUST have up to date Flu and Enteritis vaccinations.

It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that thier cat’s vaccinations are up to date prior to their arrival.

If your pet has to restart its vaccination course, please ensure that the 2nd and final dose has been given 2 weeks prior to arrival with us.

We cannot admit any cats that are not fully up to date with their vaccinations.

Please ensure that all cats are treated against fleas before arrival. Fleas spread rapidly among a cat population and can be easily detected by combing the cat, and by small black deposits on their bedding,

We reserve the right to apply flea treatment. The cost of treatment will be charged to the owner: Frontline £5 per dose.

Please note that flea collars are not considered adequate protection.

Please ensure that all cats are treated against worms.

We reserve the right to apply worm treatment to any resident cat found to have worm infestation or if the worming treatments are not up to date. The cost of treatment will be charged to the owner: Drontal £5 per dose.

We cannot accept any male cat, over the age of nine months, who has not been neutered.

Like you, we hope your pet will remain in good health for the duration of their stay. However, should your cat fall ill, you can rest assured that veterinary treatment will be available. Please advise us of any pre-existing conditions, or recent visits to the vet’s, when you check in.

If your cat does require any attention from a vet whilst they are in our care, we will notify the person you have nominated as your cat’s emergency contact as soon as is possible.

If you think your emergency nominee may be hard to reach, feel free to give us as many contact numbers as you want. In all cases, we will take your cat to our local veterinary practice.

You agree to pay us for any veterinary or related expenses incurred by us before collecting your cat.

We all need to change our plans sometimes. However, please be aware that when we reserve a pen for you, and you cancel your booking, we may have been turning people away for this pen because it was reserved for your cat.

We do not make a cancellation charge as long as you give us seven (7) days notice.

Our cancellation fee (if made within 7 days of the intended stay) equates to 4 days at your daily rate. If your intended stay was shorter than 4 days then the fee is the full amount you would have paid.

Whilst every care and precaution is taken to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all cats, they are boarded entirely at the owner’s own risk.

If any cat is not collected within 14 days of the stated departure date, and no communication is received either from the owner or their named contact, we reserve the right to re-home the cat.
